At The Craft Club, your happiness and peace of mind are our top priority. While we do not accept returns, we’re always here to help if something’s gone wrong with your order.

🧵 When We Offer Refunds

We currently do not offer standard returns or exchanges. However, we will provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The item arrived damaged or broken
• The item was lost in transit
• You received the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@thecraftclub.nl. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of any damage or incorrect items (if applicable)

We get it, sometimes things don’t meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with your kit or experience, send us an email at info@thecraftclub.nl. We’ll do our best to make it right, your satisfaction matters to us.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the Netherlands only. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–10 business days, depending on your location and the volume of orders.
