You've got the talent. Now you need the plan.
Making something beautiful is one skill. Getting people to pay for it is another. These are the questions every maker asks first.
"I love my craft, but how do I earn from it?"
There's a path from hobby to paid workshop. It just isn't obvious until someone shows you.
"What if nobody buys a ticket?"
See the numbers first, fill your seats before launch, and launch with confidence.
"How much should I charge?"
Price for profit, not for panic. Know what every seat has to earn.
"How do I get people to book?"
Grab attention, build trust and turn followers into paying guests.
"Is this a side hustle or a real business?"
Either one. You decide how big it gets, and how fast it grows.
"What if I freeze in front of a room?"
A simple hosting flow keeps the evening relaxed for your guests, and for you.
Here's the good news: every one of these has an answer. I found mine the hard way, so you don't have to. And you don't need a big audience or a website to host your first workshop.
Your new workshop mentor.
With a background in business and psychology, I wanted to bring people together, and craft is a safe, comfortable space to show up just as they are. So I started The Craft Club: a small creative business that became a workshop studio.
We began with one table and a handful of guests. Today we host workshops for private groups and companies, and have created events for brands like Danone, Spotify, ELLE and the Van Gogh Museum.
Along the way I made every mistake there is to make: pricing too low, launching too late, hosting without a plan. These workbooks are everything I learned, written down so you can skip the guesswork.
My mission? Help you get paid for the workshop you've been dreaming of.
Side hustle or full-time dream? Pick your pace.

The Craft Club difference
Anyone can teach you to sell a ticket. I'll teach you to build a workshop people remember.
People book for the activity, but they remember the experience. That's what turns one-time guests into regulars who bring their friends.
- The welcome
- The atmosphere
- The self-care moments
- The goodbye

Still wondering?
I already have a craft business. Is this still for me?
Yes. Workshops are one of the best ways to add a new income stream to an existing craft business and grow a loyal community around your products.
I've never hosted a workshop. Can I really do this?
Absolutely. Workbook 1 is written for complete beginners and walks you through every step, from your first idea to your first guest walking in.
Do I need a website or a big audience?
No. Plenty of sold-out workshops start with friends, local venues and a simple booking link. The workbooks show you how to fill seats without a large following.
Can I really make money from this?
With the right pricing, yes. You'll learn how to calculate your costs and set prices that make every workshop profitable, not just fun.
Which workbook should I start with?
New to workshops? Start with Workbook 1. Already hosting? Workbook 2 helps you grow. Want the full path? The Complete Bundle gives you both and saves you money.
Is it a printed book?
The workbooks are digital downloads, so you can start right away. You're welcome to print them if you prefer working on paper.
Is this only for people in the Netherlands?
Not at all. The principles of pricing, launching and hosting work wherever you are. Just plug in your local costs and prices.
What if I have more questions?
Send us a message any time. We're happy to help you figure out which workbook fits you best.
